THE ATLANTIC CONCEPT

The Atlantic will include 36 one-story loft condominium units. The 36 units are divided among 10 different floor plans, with total sizes ranging from 1,081 square feet to 2,155 square feet.

The project has been developed to give the purchaser the ultimate freedom in the overall design and feel of their unit. Each loft is being sold in a "shell" state. Upon completion of the project, all common areas will be completed and each unit will have the following:

1. An entrance door
2. A demising wall between the adjoining unit
3. Stubbed plumbing for the kitchen and bathrooms
4. A wired electrical panel
5. Heating and air-conditioning to the unit
6. Conduit run for cable or satellite TV wiring

Providing the lofts in a "shell" state allows the purchaser to finish-out the unit to their own individual taste and interpretation of what loft living truly means. As for the finish-out, each individual owner has the option to choose their own contractor or they can elect to use KJM Commercial, the general contractor for the project.
